Using IT'S YOUR CARD, you can see exactly which gift cards have been redeemed, the outstanding balance on all cards and what incremental sales you’ve gained as a result of gift card sales. From a liability standpoint, you can monitor deferred revenue and forecast breakage and dormancy fees. The system also provides information for tracking and reconciling cross-store or multi-location activities.
